General Conditions of Sale

Profitable Creators (DBA of Loan Brook, Inc.)

To purchase or access our offerings:

• Clients must be at least 16 years old to purchase digital products, including PDFs, templates, and recordings.

• Clients must be at least 18 years old to purchase services, including coaching, workshops, memberships, or live training.

Our content is intended for a mature audience capable of understanding business concepts and personal responsibility.

If we become aware that a Client does not meet these age requirements, access may be revoked and continued access to the product or service may be denied.

Any order placed through a Profitable Creators website or checkout page constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

Once payment is confirmed, the order is considered final.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without notice. The price charged will always be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

Unless otherwise specified, prices do not include taxes, which may be added at checkout depending on the Client’s location.

Payment is due immediately at the time of purchase, including for pre-order or subscription-based products.

Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or other approved third-party payment processors.

Profitable Creators does not store or have access to full payment card details.

Digital products are delivered electronically, either immediately after purchase or via email or account access instructions provided after checkout.

It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that the email address entered at checkout is accurate. Profitable Creators is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or inaccessible email addresses.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled by the Client. No cancellation fees apply.

Access to products, memberships, or digital platforms may be revoked if these Terms are violated.

All sales are final.

Products, services, subscriptions, memberships, and digital content purchased from Profitable Creators are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to unused access, partial participation, cancellation after purchase, or failure to use the product or service.

By placing an order or submitting an email address, the Client consents to receive transactional emails related to their purchase and educational or promotional emails from Profitable Creators.

Clients may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Transactional emails related to purchases may still be sent as required.

Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable U.S. privacy laws.

All content, materials, videos, PDFs, templates, and training provided by Profitable Creators are protected by intellectual property laws.

Clients are granted a non-transferable, personal-use license only. Resale, redistribution, reproduction, or sharing without written permission is prohibited.

Profitable Creators provides educational content only and makes no guarantees regarding results or outcomes.

Clients are solely responsible for their actions and decisions. Profitable Creators shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
